Cancellation policy: the entire fee must be paid upon booking.

Cancellation up to 14 days before: 100% refund

Cancellation up to 7 days before: 50% refund

Cancellation after 7 days before the diving day: no refund

If you cannot dive due to physical illness or anything out of your control (eg. flight delay, illness), please send us a medical note or proof of flight delay/cancellation, we will try to reschedule to another date.

If you cannot complete a dive/course due to unforeseen circumstances such as not being able to equalize or other physical issues, we will offer a partial refund after subtracting certain costs such as dive tank rentals, boat fees, equipment rentals and the % of the course or excursion already done.

If we have to change the dive location or we have to do a shore dive instead of a boat dive due to poor weather conditions, the price difference will be refunded, but the dive will happen. If at this point, the customer desires to cancel for his own personal reasons, no refund will be issued. Of course we will provide an explanation with proof (weather forecast app, conversation between the boat captain and frogfish lovers dive center).

If we have to cancel a dive or excursion due to poor weather conditions and we are unable to provide another option, we will offer a 100% refund. This will occur if we deem conditions to be too dangerous for dives. This does not include situations where customers feel it may be too cold or rainy, or that they're worried that they might not like the dive site for example.
Rental equipment policy:
Any damage caused to the equipment due to carelessness (eg. dropping or hitting the dive computer resulting in breakages; going on coral resulting in wetsuits to be torn, etc) will incur extra charges to cover costs of replacement. Normal wear and tear is not counted.

Insurance:
We highly recommend our customers to purchase their own insurance prior to diving with us.
